Questions before a pilot
01Can I connect devices immediately?+
The Studio editor is available. Connecting devices requires a configured service and a verified compatible model, established in the project.
02What does the system cost?+
Costs depend on models, locations, data source, installation and support. You receive an itemised project proposal with one-off and recurring costs.
03What is the contract term?+
Term, cancellation, ownership and returns are defined in the specific proposal. An enquiry or Studio demo does not create a contract.
04Who installs and handles faults?+
The proposed delivery and support partner, coverage, response times and replacement services are named in writing before ordering.
05Will my POS or ERP work?+
We check the exact system and a sanitised sample export. An API or demo alone does not prove a completed integration.
06Are displayed prices automatically correct?+
Prices, taxes, conditions and required wording must come from your approved source and be checked by you. Layout checks do not replace commercial or legal approval.
